Delaware Opportunities Inc. Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) provides a variety of services related to child care that are helpful to businesses and community.

Community
Quality child care is our future. Research tells us that critical brain development and social skills develop develop before age 5, making early care and learning a very important part of a child’s education. CCR&R strengthens the community by promoting excellence in child care. CCR&R provides information on child development, early childhood education, quality child care, state and federal child care issues and more.  CCR&R also supports early care and learning by offering training and technical assistance to child care providers in our community.

CCR&R understands that high quality, reliable child care is important to parents and employers.  High quality child care increases recruitment, retention and productivity.   CCR&R is in a position to assist local businesses in attracting and retaining valuable employees.  A daycare specialist can help by providing child care information and resources working parents need to maintain their employment.
