Associate’s degree in accounting and/or two years experience in basic accounting functions.  To perform a variety of duties related to the operation of the fiscal department.

Basic function of job is to coordinate clerical and office management duties of the administrative office, including providing assistance in support of the Executive Director for overall agency administration and management.  Additionally, this position provides support to the Personnel Department including employee benefits administration.

Basic function of job is to serve as assistant to the Executive Director in areas of administrative practice; financial management; property and supply management; and conformity of agency practice to all funding sources.  Must have the ability to read, understand and implement government regulations, rules and procedures.
