Delaware Opportunities, Inc. is seeking one full time Program Manager for the Weatherization Department. The Program Manager works in the Weatherization Department assisting households in reducing their heating and cooling usage by installing energy efficient devices and systems. Responsibilities include working closely with work crews that perform weatherization work on client dwellings, supervising operations and projects, performing energy audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements, maintaining data, writing reports, and preparing bid packages and overseeing subcontractors to ensure program compliance. This position will be contingent that the applicant passed required auditor trainings within 6 months of being hired. Trainings are free to staff. Program manager will have to use personal vehicle to complete audits and be reimbursed at federal mileage rate if there is not an agency vehicle available to use. 

Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5 years’ experience in residential construction with knowledge of terms and materials; two years of supervisory experience. Must have computer skills and construction experience. Knowledge of insulation and weatherization techniques preferred. Please search Weatherization Assistance Program online to find out more about the program. NYS driver’s license required.  

Monday through Thursday, 40 hours per week; fringe benefits. 

Salary range $23.91-$28.51 per hour DOE.
